Brewster Village is located at 3300 W Brewster St in Appleton, WI. A PO will be issued by end of day November 1, 2024. The awarded contractor must achieve final completion by 3:00 pm March 7, 2025. Failure to complete in this timeframe will result in a liquidated damages penalty of $100.00 per calendar day past March 7th .
