The City of Quincy invites bidders to submit sealed bids for the Snug Harbor Elementary School Air Handling Unit Replacements Project, in accordance with documents prepared by BLW Engineers. General bidders must be DCAMM in HVAC. Electrical The work of this contract includes but is not limited to the demolition and removal of existing branch circuitry from the existing Air Handling Units and provide new electrical in Fan Room, including providing new branch circuitry to power new ERV, fan coil, and condensate pump. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Every request for such interpretations shall be in written form and may be directed to Kathryn R. Logan, Chief Procurement Officer by email to: klogan@quincyma.gov and cc: mmarini@quincyma.gov. All inquiries for Filed Sub-Bids will be accepted until November 15, 2024, at 12:00 PM
