Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lemont, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; transportation facility; and transportation facility.
The Village of Lemont invites qualified firms to submit a Proposal for Rail Crossing Safety Improvements for Stephen Street and Lemont Street, located along Main Street and adjacent to CN Rail Lines in the Village of Lemont. The proposed short-term improvements at Stephen Street and Lemont Street include delineation bollards and enhanced pavement markings for both the pedestrian crossing and the roadway crossing. See attached drawings and specifications for details. All proposals received after the above noted deadline or not meeting the requirements stipulated herein will not be used as part of the selection process. The project is located at two separate locations along Main Street and adjacent CN Railway rail lines at Stephen Street and Lemont Street. An extra work contingency of $5,000 shall be included in all bids.
