Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lemont, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) The Project consists of the following general activities as described in the Construction Documents and Project Manual for D113A RTU AND ROOFING REPLACEMENTS AT OAKWOOD AND OLD QUARRY SCHOOLS, located in Lemont, Illinois for Lemont-Bromberek School District 113A. B. The work of the Project shall include all labor, material, and equipment to provide complete installation of all work including all code required devices and functions that may not specifically be indicated in this Project Manual. 1. The work includes (not to be taken as a complete description or extent of the work) as follows: a. Selective demolition of existing RTUs at Oakwood School b. Installation of Owner-provided RTUs including roofing repairs and curb flashing at Oakwood School c. Selective demolition of existing roofing in limited areas at Oakwood and Old Quarry Schools d. New roofing in limited areas at Oakwood and Old Quarry Schools 2. Commencement of Work: Demolition and construction to begin as noted below: a. as early as Monday, June 2, 2025, except as noted 3. The Work includes scheduling coordination with the Owner or Owner contractor(s) for site access and usage
