1.1. PROJECT INFORMATION This purpose of this Contract is to provide support services for a facility operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Chicago District, Aquatic Nuisance Species Dispersal Barrier located at 790 E. Old Romeo Road, Lockport, IL 60441. 1.2. SCOPE OF PERFORMANCE 1.2.1. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform all required services and repairs. The required services are repairs, inspection, testing and certification of two (2) light masts. . The Contractor shall, at his own expense, obtain any licenses or permits required to perform all aspects, requirements, and work under this Contract. The Contractor shall comply with all current Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and shall comply with any subsequent changes.
