The Coal County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for removal and installation of new flooring for the Coal County Health Department. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids Preferred Product Specifications (or comparable product) If an alternate brand/style/color will be used, it must be approved prior to bid submission. o Carpet (Approx. 162 square yards) o Glue-down commercial grade tile squares o Brand: Aladdin Commercial | Style: Rule Breaker Tile (24" x 24") | Color: Charcoal 979 o Tile (Approx. 294 square yards) o Glue-down commercial grade tile o Brand: Aladdin Commercial | Collection: Halong Bay ] Style: Mekong Delta 2.0 | Color: 930 Desert Sunset o Finishing o 4" Duracove 1/8" base cove with toe and transition o Brand: Tarkett | Color: 40 - Black Remove all old flooring down to the concrete and scrape clean. Patch and level as needed. Install new carpet/tile, base cove, and transition. Move and reinstall Furniture Remove and reinstall Toilets with new wax seals and bolts. Project will be split into two phases, requiring separate invoices. o Phase One: Completion of front lobby and one client bathroom. Approximately 97 square yards of tile. o Phase Two: Flooring in remainder of building Approximately 162 square yards of carpet Approximately 197 square yards of tile. o Bidder should confirm measurements prior to ordering supplies. Contractor to furnish all supplies needed for complete removal and installation of flooring project, including but not limited to: Flooring, Adhesive/Glue, Base Cove and transition adhesive, and floor Leveling / Patch.
