The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of and educational facility. As of December 20, 2024, a construction manager has been assigned for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. The school will be replacing 19 systems with high efficiency Lennox equipment. The project will also include the replacement of the 5-ton system for the office area with one 3-ton mini split system with two 1.5-ton cassettes and new electrical wiring for the mini-split system. Equipment replaced will be the four 5-ton systems and fifteen 4-ton systems that are old R-22 systems. Existing 410a systems to remain in operation.
