Taneyville School District is seeking bids for the installation of multi-surface gym and locker flooring in our facility located at 302 Myrtle Street, Taneyville, MO 65759 All interested parties should contact Tara Roberts at (417) 546-5803. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. For any questions or clarifications regarding this bid request, please contact Tara Roberts at tara.roberts@taneyville.k12.mo.us or (417) 546-5803. The selected contractor will be responsible for: 1. Site Assessment o Conduct an evaluation of the existing flooring and subfloor conditions. o Measure the gym and locker room areas to determine the appropriate amount of materials needed. 2. Material Options o Provide recommendations for multi-surface flooring solutions, including but not limited to: Rubber flooring Multi-use flooring o Ensure materials meet safety and performance standards. 3. Installation o Prepare the subfloor, ensuring it is clean, dry, and level. o Install a moisture barrier. o Install the selected flooring materials following best practices. o Gym flooring to include lines for volleyball, basketball, and archery. o Address any necessary finishing work, including sealing and trims. 4. Post-Installation Support o Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction. o Provide maintenance and care instructions for the flooring.
