The estimated cost of the project is 1.1 million. Lake Michigan College, Benton Harbor MI, is soliciting bids for Hanson Technology Center Welding Ventilation System Improvements. PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals will be received for the construction and completion of the project. Contract Security - The successful bidders will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond, and labor and material payment bond in amounts each of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. The Mechanical Contractor shall be the Prime Bidder. Withdrawal of any Proposal is prohibited for a period of ninety (90) days after the time for opening of proposals. Insurance - The successful Bidder will be required to maintain Liability Insurance, Contractor's Liability for Bodily injury, sickness, disease and property damage and Fire and Extended Insurance in accordance with the General Conditions.
