PROJECT GENERAL DESCRITION Hanson Technology Center Welding Lab HVAC Upgrades Project All systems shall be installed complete and fully functional. Scope listed below is a general description and is not limited to the following. Demolition – Remove existing welding booths, snorkel exhaust, and welding exhaust ductwork as indicated. Existing roof mounted exhaust to remain and reused in new work. All equipment abandon by new work shall be removed. Welding Exhaust Systems – Provide new welding booths, system spark guards, welding fume extractor, extractor, exhaust fan, welding exhaust hoods and ductwork. Email: David.recknagel@robovent.com Welding Gas Piping Systems and Compressed Air Piping – Provide welding gas piping from new gas storage addition to new welding booths. Piping will include manifolds, fittings, valves, connectors and gauges as indicated on drawing and specifications. Extend compressed air to new welding fume extractor. HVAC piping and Heating Systems- Provide new heating hot water piping systems and pipe insulation. Provide new hot water unit heaters with required accessories. The successful bidders will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond, and labor and material payment bond in amounts each of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. Start Date: June 5, 2025, Completion Date: August 22, 2025 or Sooner.
