Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Charlevoix, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 63,061-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
Spot replace wet insulation with like materials. Complete start-up scope as required by manufacturer. Clean roofwith Rooftec cleaning services. Install AlphaGuard primer(s) as required. Install AlphaGuard base coat at three gallons per square or 48 wet mils Imbed reinforcement fabric throughout entire wet base coat application. Install AlphaGuard top coat at two gallons per square or 32 wet mils. Provide 20-year QA warranty by manufacturer including inspections & housekeeping in years 2, 5, 10 and 15.
