Pinal County San Manuel Administration Building Renovation The project consists of a renovation of the existing San Manuel Administration Building, a 5,919 SF office building, to include updated office and shared spaces for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office (PCSO), Adult Probation, WIC program and Transportation departments. Site development includes expanded parking lot of vans, buses, covered parking for PCSO and transportation vehicles, a bus washing bay and exterior storage rooms. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to completely construct the proposed project in strict conformity and in accordance with the design plans and specifications prepared for Pinal by Burns Wald-Hopkins Shambach Architects (BWS) and their consultants. The work is to be accomplished in a good and workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of both the Pinal Facilities Management Director and the Architect/Engineer of Record. This work shall be accomplished in accordance with the standards of the Industry in use at the time of the signing of this contract.
