NWTC Electrical Upgrades - Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay. NWTC intends to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications on a fixed fee and stipulated sum price the contractor is required to bid where indicated on the NWTC bid form. The project is located at the NWTC campuses in Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay. The scope of work consists of upgrades to specific electrical distribution systems within the facility, including new electrical equipment, feeders and distribution arrangements. Bidders should use Lot C and meet at entrance #16. The Sturgeon Bay campus is located at 229 N. 14th Ave., Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Bidders should meet at the main entrance/reception area. These meetings are an opportunity to view the job site areas. NWTC supports the promotion and development of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms and encourages such firms to participate in the invitation to bid on this and other college projects. Bid Security is required. The accepted Bidder(s) will be required to provide a Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance listing NWTC as "additional insured".
