Renovation of an educational facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation from Conseil scolaire francophone de la ColombieBritannique ("the CSF" or "the Owner") to submit a Proposal to provide renovation of gender-neutral washroom in the elementary washroom as well as in the secondary washroom of École FrancoNordin Prince George,. The project will be in 2 phases starting with the elementary washroom. This project involves the redesign and renovation of existing washrooms to create inclusive and accessible gender-neutral facilities, creating a welcoming and functional environment for all users. there will be individual stalls with full-height walls and doors to ensure privacy; signage designed to indicate that the washrooms are for everyone. The project includes modification to the layout of the spaces, new finishes, mechanical and electrical modifications, new plumbing fixtures and structure modifications. Phase 1 : Primary Washroom Renovation of the project is proposed to start in December 2024 and Completed by March 20th 2025. Phase 2 : Secondary Washroom to start at the end of Phase 1 if funds available, if not, Phase 2 will start July 1, 2025.
