The City of Prince George requires Construction services for the renovation of the Prince George Aquatic Center (PGAC). TIMELINE: Project is pending funding approvals. RFPQ is intended to pre-qualify up to five (5) Respondents for an Invitation to Tender (ITT) process is preferred proponent are selected. Timeline for invited tender is undetermined. Further update in late spring 2026, upon approvals. *The current Class B construction estimate is $28,000,000. This does not include escalation nor contingencies.
