Interior build-out of existing 920 sf shell space area of MCTF 2nd floor. The scope includes kitchen equipment, sinks, electrical panel and transformer, lighting, A/V, and HVAC. Architectural work includes raised floor, partial ceiling, storage cabinets and countertop/casework. Question Deadline 11/19/2024 at 4:00 PM PT Estimated project duration is 90 calendar days. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Lump Sum Base Bid, excluding alternates, shall accompany each Bid. The successful Bidder shall pay all persons providing construction services and/or any labor on site, including any University location, no less than the UC Fair Wage (defined as $15 per hour) and shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local working condition requirements. Site walkthrough description: A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference/Job Walk will be conducted.
