2025 Roof Replacement LOCATION: Romeo Middle School 11091 32 Mile rd. Romeo, MI 48065 Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Bidders must be properly licensed under the state laws governing their respective trades. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Bidders shall meet qualifications indicated in the Contract Documents. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days following opening of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor informalities and irregularities. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
