Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Romeo, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of an extension of an existing Bus Enclosure. The proposed bus enclosure extension will match existing enclosure and extend to the North within an asphalt parking lot addition (to be done by others). The proposed carport shall include the construction of two new bays at a depth of 22 feet. The proposed carport enclosure shall be bid as a lump sum item, which will include any and all work associated with the construction of the proposed carport, connection to the existing bus enclosure, hydroexcavation for avoiding nearby utilities, tree trimming/ protection of trees, and associated Electrical Extensions. The proposed carport shall match the aesthetic of the existing bus enclosure.
