Reference Number 0000367885 Job Location: 6491 29 Mile Road, Washington, MI 48095 This project proposes to install 7 new light poles with fixtures and electrical conduit/wiring mounted with video surveillance cameras including all associated hardware, mounting brackets, cabling, software, associated support, warranty, and training for Gilcher-Crissman Park in Washington Township, MI. There is an existing electrical meter to connect to for electrical conduit/wiring going to light fixtures and cameras - location noted on lighting plan sheet. One (1) camera shall be mounted to each pole. Final direction will be determined with the awarded contractor. The bidder/contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the project and will be responsible for verifying all measurements and information prior to starting work. The contractor is responsible for jobsite cleanup and for hauling any debris created as a result of the project to an approved disposal facility (assuming Type II Landfill) per the environmental documents dated April 20, 2002, July 22, 1999, October 17, 2002, and September 23, 2003 (attached).
