License Requirements C61/D38 Question Deadline 11/21/2024 at 12:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes This bid is to maintain the health and safety at the City of Santa Barbara harbor area and Stearns Wharf through pressure washing, steam cleaning, scrubbing and waste water containment and disposal. Contractor shall be responsible for the proper collection and disposal of all wash water in compliance with all applicable City of Santa Barbara, state and federal regulations. Due to the location of the cleaning areas all waste water must be recovered, no run off of waste water can be allowed to discharge to the Santa Barbara ocean harbor water or storm drains. The work in general consists of: o Steam cleaning, pressure washing, power washing and vacuum recovery of waste water to clean concrete, asphalt, stairwells, dumpster enclosures and awnings. To remove surface oil, dirt, gum, food stains, odors and miscellaneous contaminants. o All water required to clean areas in the scope of work must be provided by the contractor and hauled to the area to be cleaned unless otherwise stated.
