The Project generally includes, but is not limited to the following: Installation of new curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, and storm drain structures within Cameron Avenue, from North Broadway to North Hoffman Street, in Belgrade, Montana. CONTRACTOR and any of the CONTRACTOR'S SUBCONTRACTORS doing work on this project will be required to register with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) and obtain a City of Belgrade Business License. All laborers and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or SUBCONTRACTORS in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by the laws and ordinances of the City of Belgrade, Gallatin County, and the State of Montana.
