Replacing the existing siding with new maintenance free LP siding. Replacing existing window with new double pane energy efficient windows, including one service window. Three existing windows will be removed and filled in. Foam board insulation will be added to the envelope prior to siding. Adding foam board insulation on the foundation as noted on drawings. Removing and replacing some area of existing concrete sidewalk. New vented soffit to be placed on top of existing soffit. Existing Fascia wraps with metal flashing.
