Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tipton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified and experienced individual(s) or firm(s) to provide heating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and installation for the Tipton R-VI School District. Heating and Air Conditioning Tipton R-VI School District Field House 334 US HWY 50 West, Tipton, MO 65081 Tipton R-VI School District requests bids for sufficient HVAC for a 4,800-square-foot building. The successful Contractor will be expected to provide all necessary tools, transportation, labor, and equipment to perform the required duties. The overall objective of this project is to provide an efficient and sufficient HVAC for the district's field house. Site Visit: Bidders must call the District Central Office to schedule a visit to the site and tour the field house between October 31, 2024, and November 13, 2024. Interested parties should contact Mrs. Amy Stover at 660-433-5520. The Maintenance Director, Mr. Robert Woolery, will conduct site tours.
