Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Lambrick Park Campus in its entirety, including: the recreation centre, sports fields, natural areas, open space, and ancillary facilities located in the park. TIMELINE: Request for proposal seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, professional, multi-disciplinary consulting firms to lead the planning and conceptual design for the project has closed and a preferred proponent was chosen. Plans are underway to develop draft concept design options which will be presented to Council for information. The draft concept options will be presented to the community for feedback during the Round 2 Engagement phase (anticipated in early 2027). Tender and construction timelines are yet to be determined. Further update in spring 2027.
