Reference Number 0000368053 Boulder Valley School District RE-2 (District) is requesting responses from vendors to provide Artificial Turf at Nederland Middle/High School. Scope of Services Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: 1) Specifications attached. (Refer to Attachment D) 2) Removal of existing artificial turf and replacement in accordance with specifications 3) Delivery of all products will be through the west ENTRANCE. (See attached map) 4) Contractor is responsible for unloading and subsequent moving of materials on site. 5) BVSD to supply secure area for storage of materials and equipment. 6) Contractor to strictly manage material migration, especially rubber infill materials, from entering Boulder Creek. Contractor shall present a Storm Water Management Plan before construction begins. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: The Vendor must meet these minimum qualifications to be considered eligible: Work will be performed by a company that specializes in the installation and service of artificial turf. The awarded contractor must be an authorized installer for the manufacturer of the turf that is provided.
