Description

Renovation of a military facility in Nederland, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Work includes servicing, repairing, and replacing various components of six commercial garage doors at the Boulder Ranger District. Tasks involve a full hardware overhaul to restore function, safety, and longevity, including servicing all barrels and hoods, replacing springs and associated hardware, and conducting a full system test to ensure 100% functionality. Existing garage doors will remain in place. The project also includes removal and replacement of five industrial duty hoist operators and installation of five commercial-grade infrared safety sensor systems.
