The property is owned by the State of New York within the Adirondack Forest Preserve. Partial funding is provided by the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation and both NYS prevailing wage rates and Good Faith goals for Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation apply. The project will be a single contract for installation of a high-pressure water mist fire suppression system at Great Camp Santanoni, including all ancillary components and sub-systems associated with the water mist installation. Great Camp Santanoni is a National Historic Landmark within the Adirondack Forest Preserve and installation must follow New York State preservation standards, along with Forest Preserve regulations.
