Renovation of a municipal facility in Newcomb, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Adirondack Architectural Heritage (AARCH) is inviting bids on the referenced project. AARCH will act as the project manager and owner of the building for this work. The Architect is C.W. Higgerson acting as a consultant to AARCH. All questions should be submitted to Erin Tobin at AARCH, erin@aarch.org, for a reply. There will be two prime contracts: General Construction estimated at $35,000.00 to $45,000.00. This project is funded by the NYS DEC Environmental Protection Agency and a part of ongoing maintenance and stabilization at Santanoni Preserve Historic Area. For the purposes of this project AARCH will act as the Contracting Agency and Owner. Contract term: 1-YEAR CONTRACT The project completion date is on or before _October 24, 2025 _. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
