Reference Number 0000368061 The City of Lone Tree is requesting proposals for On-Call construction inspection services for capital improvement projects that have reached the construction phase. The City of Lone Tree is seeking a civil engineering firm to provide on - call construction inspection services for the City. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is not a competitive bid based on price only, and the City shall consider proposer qualifications, price, and service capabilities and other factors to select a proposer that best meets the needs of the City. This RFP contains the instructions governing the proposals to be submitted, the materials to be included therein, and the requirements that must be met to be eligible for consideration.
