This relocated building will be used to support the future construction of a Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) storage facility. Construction items include dismantling and re-erecting existing PEMB, miscellaneous site demolition, site preparation, foundation and floor slab construction, and electric utility installation. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications and any subsequent revisions required by the Authority. The work is being bid as a base bid with a series of alternates, as described below. 1. Base Bid: Relocation of the Maintenance Building, miscellaneous site demolition, site preparation, restore existing building site, foundation and floor slab installation, electric utility 1. installation, electrical items relocation and installation, seeding and mulching. 2.
