Yeager Airport (CRW) Maintenance Building Relocation. CRW request bids for the relocation of an existing Maintenance Building. Question Deadline 11/18/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Bidders will become a part of the Contract Documents. All inquiries shall be submitted on the Bid Question Form provided and directed to the office of the ENGINEER, Rebecca McDonald, PE RMcDonald@adci-corp The proposed work will include relocating an existing 80' x 40' Pre-engineered Metal Building (PEMB) to another location on the airport property. This relocated building will be used to support the future construction of a Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) storage facility. Construction items include dismantling and re-erecting existing PEMB, miscellaneous site demolition, site preparation, foundation and floor slab construction, and electric utility installation. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications and any subsequent revisions required by the Authority. The work is being bid as a base bid with a series of alternates, as described below. 1. Base Bid: Relocation of the Maintenance Building, miscellaneous site demolition, site preparation, restore existing building site, foundation and floor slab installation, electric utility 1. installation, electrical items relocation and installation, seeding and mulching. 2. Add Alternate 1: Various site improvements. 3. Add Alternate 2: Installation of a concrete apron in front of the relocated building. 4. Add Alternate 3: Replacing existing electrical items with new fixtures, motors, etc. 5. Add Alternate 4: Reskinning the roof of the building with insulated metal panels. 6. Add Alternate 5: Reskinning the sides of the building with insulated metal panels
