The City of East Providence is seeking pricing from qualified vendors for the maintenance of porous pavement asphalt in the form of on-call vacuum sweeping services. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in order to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City of East Providence has recently constructed six (6) porous pavement parking lots throughout the city. The City is requesting competitive price quoted for On-Call Porous Pavement Asphalt Maintenance - Vacuum Sweeping Services. The term of this contract is expected to be three (3) years from date of formal award, starting in January 2025. The following are the locations and approximate size of each parking lot. o 179 Forbes St - rear of Middle School - 35,000 SF o 555 Waterfront Dr - Bold Point Park - 40,000 SF o Willett Pond Park - Adjacent to 190-220 Willett Avenue - 11,000 SF (under construction) o Warren Ave and Potter St - 26,000 SF o Warren Ave and Burgess Ave - 8,000 SF o 41 Hunts Mill Rd - driveway - 6,000 SF
