Reference Number 0000370654 The East Providence School District is looking to install a new concrete pad which will serve as the base for a new steel frame building at East Providence High School. Scope of Services / Product o Furnish and install per code specifications a concrete pad to accept a 36'w x 48'l x 12'H steel building. Per manufacturer requirements the pad must be 12" wider all around the building . o Concrete pad size is 38'W x 50' 2"L (See Attachment for plan specifications) o Final placement area specifications of the pad is to be determined before installation with contractor and district. o Provide all permits necessary. o Furnish and install all necessary steel, rebar, and steel mesh required at the correct height requirements per building code o Furnish and provide the correct underlayment gravel base, and required compaction necessary for concrete pad. o Provide correct concrete psi mixture required per building code specifications,minimum 2500+ psi required per manufacturer specification. o Pour pad with correct steel specification and concrete psi per engineering drawings provided by the manufacturer. o Provide proper soils/materials to finish the landscape around the pad once poured. o Replace all damaged lawn/landscaping that is used as a byway for trucking access, including soils and re-seeding lawn. o Remove and install existingblack chain link fence alongproperty line to be reconnected as a straight line fence. o Provide asphalt along the doorways and front side of the steel building to connect to existing running track surfaces. Size and length determinationsto be figured once pad is placed in final location. o Remove and transport leftover soils to another school in the district.
