Sealed proposals will be publicly opened at 2:00 pm CST on December 20, 2024, at the Technology and Innovation Center, 951 Walnut Street. Vendors wishing to deliver proposals prior to the public meeting should deliver those sealed proposals by 1:15 pm CST on Friday, December 20, 2024, to the EVSC Office of Technology, 951 Walnut Street, Evansville, IN 47713. Vendors wishing to bid must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 9:00 am CST on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at the Technology and Innovation Center, 951 Walnut Street. After the main meeting, any vendors interested in bidding on cabling will be required to participate in building walkthroughs at The Academy of Innovative Studies, Daniel Wertz Elementary, Scott Elementary, and Central High School. Failure to attend these meetings will disqualify the vendor from consideration. Any RFP questions must be asked at this meeting. If the district is closed due to weather, the pre-bid meeting and walkthrough will take place on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through fair and competitive negotiations for networking equipment and services.
