Site work for a mixed-use development in Eagle, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility; and road / highway.
The project includes installation of fiber conduit and wire, surface repair, and associated improvements. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office, www.hecoengineers.com/bidding on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am 5:00 pm and Friday between the hours of 8:00 am 12:00 pm. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor HECO Engineers will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website or the Issuing Office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. When awarded a contract, the successful bidder shall promptly execute the contract and shall furnish a performance and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price. The project awarded shall be substantially complete within 180 days after the Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 11/26/2024
