Renovation of an educational facility in Eagle, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
RMC Group, LLC on behalf of CNA Insurance & North Star Charter School respectfully requests your Bid for Application of an Asphalt shingle roof referenced in the attached Eagleview. Remove & replace the asphalt shingle roofing system only. This includes replacement of all vent covers, jacks, curbs, drip edge and hail impacted flashings. Proposals shall be like kind, of similar quality and cost as the existing components. This project will need to be completed before school begins in the fall of 2025. Please note any additional hours that may be needed to complete the project on time. Perform complete haul off and cleanup of all trash and debris associated with the renovation daily. Remove all debris upon completion, including magnetic sweeper, as necessary.
