The Project includes the following Work: Located at the Valnova Development, a master planned development in Eagle, Idaho. The project is located at the intersection of State Highway 16 and Pollard Lane. This project is to widen State Highway 16. Major components of the project are summarized below. Pollard Lane & SH16 Intersection Widen approximately 1900 feet of roadway Extend existing culvert crossing 26 feet Install new 60-foot culvert with end sections and inlet/outlet rip-rap protection Bids are requested for the following Contract: Pollard Lane & SH16 Intersection The Roadway Grading construction project has an expected duration of 150 calendar days. Construction Beginning on June 9, 2025 to November 6, 2025. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District.
