The project includes an expansion of an existing blower building, installation of a new effluent pump station and valve vault, as well as installation of three cloth disk filters which have been procured in advance by the owner. The Project contemplated is located within property limits owned by Eagle Sewer District at 100 South Urban Gate Avenue, Eagle, Idaho 83616, and generally consists of constructing an addition to the existing Blower Building, which will include an adjacent new pump station and valve vault, as well as the installation of three new cloth disk filter units which have been procured in advance by the Owner. The Project includes construction of the building expansion (a new building), grading, drainage, site utilities, and procurement and installation of pumps. The Work will be complete within 310 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
