Description: The project includes removal of the existing restroom building and replacement with an approximately 820 square feet restroom building, concrete paving, landscaping, irrigation, electrical, and other associated elements to provide for a complete project. Applies to sealants and surfacing materials applied to concrete by spreading as liquid and curing. B. Uses included in the project: 1. Waterproof epoxy sealant for floors where required by notes on drawings and for waterbearing basins and interior surfaces of water-containing or water-conveying basins, or channel ways, as depicted and noted on drawings. 2. Non-skid epoxy surfacing for splash-prone floors where depicted or noted on drawings.
