Public Safety Interior Flooring Replacement The City of Folly Beach is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors, to provide approximately 7000 square feet of interior flooring replacement for the 2nd floor interior spaces at the Folly Beach Public Safety Building, 106 W. Cooper Ave, Folly Beach South Carolina. Provide the following options: Option 1-Remove all VCT flooring, vinyl cove base, and carpet. Prepare concrete slab in accordance with LVT flooring manufacturers installation instructions and install LVT flooring, 1x8 wood baseboard, and 3/4" wood quarter round in all areas of the 2nd floor, excluding the FB dispatch office, electrical room, evidence rooms, and lavatories. Option 2-Remove all VCT flooring, vinyl cove base, and carpet. Slab prep and installation of a polished concrete finished floor to include installation of 1"x8" wood base and wood 3/4" quarter round trim excluding the FB dispatch office, electrical room, evidence rooms, and lavatories.
