Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Folly Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Folly Beach ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors, ("Contractor") to construct a multi-use path along 2nd Street E, from E. Cooper Avenue to E. Indian Avenue. Winning bidder will construct a pervious, multi-use path, along the E. side of 2nd Street East, within the public right of way, from the S. side of E. Cooper Ave to the N. side of E. Indian Ave. Construction shall be in accordance with plans and specifications by Davis & Floyd Engineering and the approved encroachment permit from SCDOT Any proposals received after this date and time will be returned to the sender. All proposals must be signed by an official agent or representative of the company submitting the proposal. Questions may be emailed no later than 11-20-2024 to Municipal Clerk at: wgraham@follybeach.gov, Answers will be provided to all who have received a bid package by 11-26-2024. Please note there is not a mandatory pre-bid meeting for this RFP.
