Performance Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Will Be Required Within 20 Days of Receiving Notice of Award. The Union County Commissioners Reserve the Right to Waive Any Defects or Irregularities, to Accept Any Bid or Combination of Bids That Are Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of Union County, and to Reject Any or All Proposals. The Bid Will Be Awarded on or After December 17, 2024.
