The following: Paving Project: Furnish and place approximately 3,339 Tons of Flexible Base Replacement, Widening 518 Tons, Binder Course 19 MM 434 Tons, Wearing Course 9.5 MM Fine Grade 3,385 Tons, Scratch Course 9.5 MM Fine Grade 2,422 Tons, Paved and Side Road Tie-Ins 79 Tons, Asphalt Milling 8,939 SY, Thermoplastic Left Arrows (2) Each, Thermoplastic Right Arrows (2) Each, Thermoplastic Only Legend (2) Each, Thermoplastic Stop Bar 40 LF, Thermoplastic Yield Triangle (4) Each, ADA Ramps (3) Each, Cement Concrete Sidewalk 45 SY, Plain Cement Concrete Curb 100 LF, Signal Loop Sensors (2) Each. A bituminous Escalator Clause is included in this contract. PA Prevailing Wage Rates are included with this project. Kelly Township and Union Township will approve bid on March 4, 2025; East Buffalo Township will approve bid on March 10, 2025; and Lewisburg Borough will approve bid on March 18, 2025. Bid must be accompanied by three (3) references, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of contract. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract made payable to the Municipality will be required from the lowest bidder responsible for contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
