Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project known as Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts. Brief Scope of Work: The County is requesting Bids to purchase reinforced concrete box culverts as specified in the table below. All box culverts are to be delivered to site and pass initial inspections. All culverts shall meet the current Florida Department of Transportation standard specifications and plans requirements for precast box culverts with two feet or more of cover for the dimensions below. All box culverts are to be cast using Type II cement. The culvert prices should include delivery (unloading by others) to the County property located at 1800 Lake Drive, Cocoa, Florida. The County will award items 1-3 and optional to award item 4, to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The County will issue a Notice to Proceed no later than February 28, 2025. Delivery shall occur no later than 90 days from Notice to Proceed issued by the County. Time for delivery can be extended, if awarded bidder can provide proof of shortage of materials to construct the box culverts.
