City-Wide Wayfinding Sign Replacementt The City of Daytona Beach reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or any portion of any proposal, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Question Deadline 12/13/2024 at 5:00 PM ET SIGN FABRICATION AND DESIGN A. All signs should be fabricated to the exact design and specifications indicated on the supplied drawings. B. Any alterations to the design of the signs must be approved by the City's Project Manager to the Contractor in writing. 3.2. INSTALLATION A. All signs are replacing damaged or missing signs as a result of Hurricane Milton and shall be installed in the exact position of the previous sign as indicated on supplied site map. B. Any alteration to the installation sites must be approved by the City's Project Manager to the Contractor in writing C. A list of damaged signs and photos are supplied. D. Contractor shall anticipate use of a crane to complete this project. E. Contractor shall supply traffic control when necessary to maintain the safety of the public.
