Per Q & A online: The City relies on the expertise of the Bidders to assist in establishing a final budget for this project and will not be releasing the engineer's estimate. This project is located at the intersection of Oak and Walnut Street (North of International Speedway Blvd). This project includes alleviating that bottleneck by installing a sanitary sewer re-route with new sanitary manholes and sanitary pipe. The project also includes installation of a conflict box between the sanitary sewer system and the existing stormwater system. Sanitary bypassing and Maintenance of Traffic appear to be two vital aspects of this project.
