The City of Daytona Beach reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or any portion of any proposal, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Work under this project includes: A. This project is located at the Samuel Butts Youth Archaeological Park in Daytona Beach. The address of the park is 105 East Magnolia Avenue Daytona Beach, Florida 32114. This project includes upgrading the electrical services at the pump station and installing a stand-by 80-kW generator on site at the park. A raised platform will also be constructed for access to the electrical panel at the site. 1.02 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools,services and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. B. Omission of a specific item or component part of a system obviously necessary for the proper functioning of the system shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR of the responsibility of furnishing the item as part of the work at no additional cost to the CITY. C. The CONTRACTOR shall perform the Work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction.
