The City of Independence is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide the goods and/or services described herein. The City is seeking unit prices for a variety of concrete placement services throughout the City including concrete pavement, curb, sidewalks and driveways. Contract will be on an as needed basis for locations to be determined by City staff. City may select a single contractor based on unit prices provided, or may select multiple contractors based on amount of work available. Question Submission Deadline: November 19, 2024, 12:00pm No bid may be withdrawn, once the bid has been deposited with the Owner, except in accordance with Kentucky Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Section 102.11. Proposals received after the time for the opening of bids will be returned to the Bidder unopened. All bids shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid Opening.
