The City of Independence is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide the goods and/or services described herein. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Question Deadline 04/15/2025 12:00pm Installation of approximately 550 LF of 6" perforated drainage pipe and yard drains in yard areas to address surface water issues. Additional instructions to bidders and requirements of a qualified bidder are contained in the attached Contract Documents. Prospective bidders to familiarize themselves with the requirements contained within this document. Bidder has a complete understanding of the terms and conditions required for the satisfactory performance of project work. Bidder has fully informed themselves of the project site, the surrounding area and any conditions that may in any manner affect cost, progress or performance of the work. Bidder has correlated their observations with that of the project documents. Bidder has found no errors, conflicts, ambiguities or omissions in the project documents, except as previously submitted in writing to the City that would affect cost, progress or performance of the work.
