The SBE requirement for this project is 25% of the contract base bid. Bid Security Required: Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractor's Base Bid. PAY R O L L M O N I T O R I N G REQUIREMENTS: The Prime Contractor awarded this project is required to participate in training on the City of Milwaukee's Labor Compliance Reporting (LCR) Software after the date of contract award. Throughout the contract term, Contractors are required to regularly provide timely payroll information via LCR. Contractor must comply with all provisions of the CITY OF MILWAUKEE GENERAL A. This contract includes the furnishing of all equipment, labor, supervision, inspection, materials, and appurtenances for and in connection with the repair and rehabilitation of the windows at the Linnwood Water Treatment Plant Laboratory and Administration Areas as shown on contract drawings and further specified herein. B. The work to be performed, which is detailed in the contract specifications and drawings, shall include, but not be limited, to the following: 1. Remove existing windows from the Linnwood Water Treatment Plant Laboratory and Administration Areas as shown on the project plans. 2. Patch any holes or deformations resulting from demolition to match existing conditions. 3. Install new windows as specified on the project plans. 4. Provide any necessary trim to transition from new window unit to existing head, jamb,and sill conditions. 5. Seal entire exterior and interior perimeter of new windows.
