Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and for performing all work necessary and incidental for Official Notice Number 58147 Hazardous Materials Abatement Services at Various Sites For print copies, there will be no charge for the first set per registered plan holder entity (whether an individual or a business); plan holder entities may order additional sets at their own expense. For print copies, a separate non-refundable shipping charge will be billed to the recipient (rates vary depending on method of delivery/shipping; contact A/E Graphics Inc. for current rates); print copies may also be held for pick-up by recipient. For both print copies and digital files, no deposit is required.
