Furnishing All Design, Labor, Materials, Tools and Equipment, and Performing All Work Required Including All Appurtenances for the Edgemere Lift Station Generator Addition (Project 1) & Azle Pump House and Water Tower, and Azle Well Site Generator Additions (Project 2). s. * Edgemere Lift Station Generator Addition (Project 1) * Azle Pump House and Water Tower, and Azle Well Site Generator Additions (Project 2) To determine the best value to the Owner, the following selection criteria point value will be used to evaluate and rank bid proposals: * 60 Proposal cost * 5 Construction Time / Schedule * 20 Similar successful projects with positive references / working relationship with Client or Engineer. * 15 Personnel assigned to the project / qualifications, history of Project Manager and Superintendents assigned to this project, on similar projects. The Owner reserves the right to select individual contractors for each project or one contractor for both sites and projects.
